Orders & Delivery

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact us directly at [email protected].

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, provided the items are in stock, and we are happy to help you with any urgent delivery requests. 

Estimated delivery times for made to ordered items and items not in stock are between 14-21 working days. 

Please note, delivery times provided are estimated to be used as a guideline only. Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the estimated time frame.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the domestic Turkey.

International Sales

The shipping costs of all international sales belong to the Buyer.

As every order is unique, international shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the chosen.

International orders may be liable for additional custom fees and taxes depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order. 

AMOR MUNDI is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments, and for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

Return & Exchange

Please note that Amor Mundi does not accept return or refund on any jewelry sale and all our sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your AMOR MUNDI item within 14 days of delivery in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, sealed, tags and stickers attached to it. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at the AMOR MUNDI offices.

AMOR MUNDI is not responsible if the item is lost on delivery.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the exchanged product will be sent to your address, within a certain amount of days. We will inform you in detail about the process.

·       Custom orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.

·       AMOR MUNDI will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of use or if it is altered from its original condition in any way.

·       Discounted products are not accepted for returns or exchanges.

·       Please note that all products purchased in our stores cannot be returned.
